Every piece we offer is handcrafted by skilled artisans, making each product distinct with its own subtle variations. The charm of our products lies in their individuality - an irregular pattern, a unique print, surface embellishments, or even a stitch should be embraced as a testament to the artisan's work and not seen as a defect. The essence of handcrafted goods is their inherent diversity and the delightful surprises they bring in terms of uniformity.

In light of this, we request your understanding that exchanges or refunds will not be facilitated for altered items, unless the alteration has resulted in a defect that cannot be corrected or if the item significantly differs from its description. We encourage you to take a moment to appreciate the beauty and effort behind each handcrafted piece, recognizing the unique characteristics that make it truly special.

Tussya holds the authority to decline return requests from any customer at our discretion. Despite this, we approach each situation with a friendly and understanding attitude. Before we dispatch any order from our warehouse, it undergoes a thorough quality check to ensure you receive the best. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have a process in place for exchanges or alterations. These can be made within 7 days of receiving your order, provided you notify Tussya's customer service within 3 days of delivery.

Should your order arrive damaged or not as specified, it's important to act quickly. Please email us photographs of the damaged or incorrect items along with their packaging within 48 hours of receipt. It's worth noting that sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Thus, no exchanges or refunds will be issued for items deemed non-returnable.
